1. atHome garden rooms are covered by our guarantee which is initiated once the final balance is paid in full. The terms of the guarantee are as follows:
1.2 Buildings constructed by atHome under ‘Permitted Development’ should not be used for livable accommodation. If used for livable accommodation the guarantee is void. Guarantee excludes normal ‘wear and tear’ and decorated surfaces.
1.3 Guarantee does not cover the effects of weather exposure on the colour of the external cladding. Siberian Larch will naturally weather to silver-grey unless treated. It is recommended that it is treated within four weeks of construction and every year after to preserve the original colour.

1.6 Guarantee claims should be made to atHome on discovery of the defect. Failure to report a fault immediately may invalidate your guarantee. Once accepted, a maintenance operative(s) will be assigned to remedy the defect at an agreed date and time free of charge. atHome will not reimburse payments made to third party repair contractors without prior written consent.

1.8 atHome shall not be deemed liable for subsidence to the garden room or of the surrounding installation site unless such subsidence is caused by the negligence of atHome builders during installation.
